  • My Amiga 1200 is a hotchpotch of cabling and dodgy connections.. I think it's time I got a tower kit, but for the time being this will have to do. I have a Blizzard 1230/IV with a SCSI card - the system memory is connected as two 8 MB SIMMs. Connected to the SCSI is an IBM DPES-31080 hard drive, a 100MB Zip drive and a Reno CDROM. Well.. actually the Reno is usually connected, but it messes up the SCSI bus so I've disconnected it.

  • My Redhat 5.1 machine is based on an A4000, equipped with a Picasso IV video card and a concierto sound card. It runs on a Phase 5 Cyberstorm MK II with a 68060, and boots from the Phase 5 Cyberscsi, from a 4.5 GIG AV rated hard drive.
  • It uses a Hydra ethernet card, and serves X to the desktop of my Windows machine. The lan is connected via dual channel ISDN.
  • I currently have the machine hidden behind network address translation, but it does have an IP allocated to it. It will be listed in the box below, though it should be noted that for security reasons, the machine isn't often directly reachable.
